Operator - Wireline (UAE National)

Job Overview Weatherford is seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. This hands-on role undertakes tasks utilizing Weatherford's equipment, machinery, and systems, applying techniques and practices to complete assignments using technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions. As a Field Operator I, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with the Company's policies, regulations, and industry best practices. Responsibilities: Maintain a strong commitment to Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection, prioritizing responsible care and continuous improvement Adhere to Weatherford's policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Place Practices, participating in daily operations, safety meetings, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Perform functional tests, inspections, and monitoring of equipment, following specific work instructions and adhering to training and competence levels Demonstrate proficiency in maintenance processes, including unloading, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, visual checking, assembly, loading, and storage of tools, completing necessary documentation Skills Ability to work long hours in physically demanding conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work in a team environment and cooperate with other crew members. Qualifications Minimum 0-1+ years of related experience High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to follow the work schedule discipline. Good communication level and English speaking and writing. Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as required. Valid driver's license Willingness to travel and work at various well sites as needed. #LI-MD1
