Mubadala Health Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatrician to provide comprehensive, patient-centred medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The role will focus on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a broad range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions while ensuring high standards of clinical quality, safety, and family-centred care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for paediatric patients across a broad range of clinical conditions. Manage acute and chronic childhood illnesses and provide age-appropriate preventive and developmental care. Monitor growth and development and identify developmental, behavioural, or clinical concerns requiring further evaluation. Provide guidance to parents and caregivers regarding treatment plans, preventive care, nutrition, development, and ongoing health needs. Coordinate multidisciplinary care and refer patients to paediatric subspecialties or other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate. Respond effectively to urgent paediatric presentations and ensure appropriate escalation of care when required. Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation. Support clinical governance, patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Contribute to the education, supervision, and professional development of junior medical staff where applicable. Qualifications Medical degree from a recognised institution. Recognised specialist qualification or board certification in Pediatrics/Paediatrics. Eligible for or holding an appropriate DHA professional licence to practise as a Consultant Pediatrician in Dubai. Relevant post-specialisation clinical experience in Pediatrics, with demonstrated experience independently managing a broad range of paediatric cases. Strong clinical judgement and ability to manage both routine and complex paediatric presentations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and caregivers. Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, clinical quality, evidence-based medicine, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Medical degree from a recognised institution. Recognised specialist qualification or board certification in Pediatrics/Paediatrics. Eligible for or holding an appropriate DHA professional licence to practise as a Consultant Pediatrician in Dubai.
