Your Role As Financial Controller, you'll build and run the financial backbone of a new digital asset business. You'll design the processes and controls that keep every transaction accurately recorded, reconciled, settled, and reported, working across fiat and stablecoin flows. This is a hands-on role: you'll set the rules, oversee their execution, and stay close to day-to-day operations as the business launches and scales. A few examples of your responsibilities • Design end-to-end procedures for payment and transfer approvals, reconciliation, settlement, and exception handling • Define segregation of duties, approval thresholds, documentation standards, and audit trails • Oversee reconciliations across escrow and cash accounts with local partner banks, USDT stablecoin balances, custody records, platform data and, where relevant, on-chain transactions • Investigate discrepancies, drive them to resolution, and ensure reconciliations are properly reviewed and signed off • Partner with Operations, Technology, banks, and external providers to build reliable transaction flows and financial records • Support financial reporting, working closely with finance leadership and external accounting advisers • Put robust manual controls in place at launch and help move them progressively toward automation What We're Looking For Essential Requirements • Solid experience in financial control within financial services, fintech, payments, or another transaction-intensive business • Strong command of reconciliations, settlement, payment controls, and financial reporting • Proven track record of designing financial processes and controls and overseeing their execution • Experience resolving discrepancies across multiple systems and data sources • Hands-on experience detecting and preventing payment fraud, phishing, and scam attempts • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English Nice to Have • Exposure to digital assets, stablecoin flows (e.g. USDT), or tokenized assets • Experience with high-volume AR/AP, trading books, or equities Soft Skills That Make a Difference • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for financial integrity • Rigor and attention to detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture • Risk awareness and sound judgment under pressure • Pragmatic, hands-on approach to operational execution • Ability to build trust with internal teams and external partners What We Offer 💰 Competitive, market-aligned compensation package ✨ Full-time role based in Riyadh 🚀 The opportunity to help build BKN301's presence in the Kingdom 📈 Growth and learning opportunities within an innovative group 🌍 Dynamic, international culture built on trust and collaboration Equal Opportunity At BKN301, we believe the best ideas come from different perspectives.
