Information Technology Project Manager

Responsible for managing and coordinating IT projects across various technology domains, ensuring successful project execution and delivery in alignment with business requirements, approved scope, timelines, budget, quality standards, and strategic objectives. Roles & Responsibilities • Manage IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps. • Coordinate IT technical teams, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. • Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, resource utilization, and overall performance against approved plans. • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation. • Ensure alignment between project deliverables, business requirements, technical specifications, and contractual obligations. • Coordinate technical implementation, system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production handover. • Manage project governance, stakeholder engagement, status meetings, and steering committee updates. • Ensure project deliverables comply with approved quality standards, architecture, security requirements, and organizational policies. • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, change logs, and project closure reports. • Provide regular project status updates, performance reports, and management dashboards. • Drive effective communication, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. • 3+ years of experience in IT project management or technology project delivery. Professional Certifications • Project Management Professional (PMP).
