Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for supporting and improving day-to-day business operations. This role monitors workflows, coordinates between departments, and ensures tasks and projects are executed according to company procedures and timelines. Responsibilities include tracking operational performance, preparing reports, supporting process improvements, and assisting with the implementation of new tools or systems. The Operational Specialist will also help align operational activities with sales efforts, follow up on client requests, and maintain accurate documentation and records. Collaboration with management and team members to identify issues, recommend solutions, and ensure smooth daily operations is a key part of this position. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making. • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with teams, prepare clear reports, and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders. • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support sales processes, understand customer needs, and help align operations with commercial objectives. • Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to manage workflows, optimize procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards. • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor operational projects within defined timelines and budgets. • Relevant additional qualifications include proficiency with MS Office and business software, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in operations or a similar role. • Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City, collaborate in a diverse team environment, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism.
