ELV Site Engineer

To supervise and control on-site ELV installation activities for luxury hospitality and hotel projects, ensuring all systems are installed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, brand standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations. The role focuses on delivering high-end guest experience systems while maintaining strict deadlines and quality standards expected in premium hotel developments. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily ELV installation activities across hotel guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and specialized hospitality spaces. • Ensure installation works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and hotel brand requirements. • Oversee the installation of ELV systems including ICT, Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, GRMS, IPTV, Audio Visual (AV), Public Address (PA), Wi-Fi, and Fire Alarm Systems. • Coordinate closely with project engineers, consultants, hotel operators, interior fit-out teams, and MEP disciplines. • Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of ELV works in line with project milestones. • Identify and resolve technical issues, interface clashes, and installation challenges affecting project delivery. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, hospitality specifications, and client expectations. • Coordinate site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for ELV systems. • Verify proper material handling, storage, inspection, and usage on site. • Ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with architectural finishes and luxury interior requirements. • Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation. • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company safety procedures at all times. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • ELV installation quality compliance (%) • Achievement of planned weekly and monthly progress targets • Number of site issues identified and successfully resolved • Number of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) issued • Testing & Commissioning completion rate (%) • Adherence to project schedule and handover milestones • Client/Consultant inspection approval rate (%) • Safety compliance rate (%) • Successful coordination with hotel operator requirements and brand standards Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. • 3-8 years of experience in ELV site execution, preferably within luxury hotel, hospitality, resort, or high-end mixed-use developments. • Strong knowledge of hospitality ELV systems including: • Guest Room Management System (GRMS) • IPTV Systems • High-Speed Wi-Fi Networks • CCTV • Access Control Systems (ACS) • Building Management System (BMS) • Audio Visual (AV) • Public Address (PA) • Fire Alarm Systems • Structured Cabling & ICT Infrastructure • Experience supervising installation, testing, and commissioning activities. • Familiarity with international hospitality standards and luxury hotel operator requirements. • Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, operators, contractors, and multiple trade disciplines. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical project deadlines. • Good understanding of HSE regulations and safe work practices. Needed Experience • Experience on luxury hotels, resorts, palaces, VIP hospitality, or high-end mixed-use developments. • Experience with international hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, Hyatt, Accor, IHG, or Ritz-Carlton. • Exposure to GRMS, IPTV, Smart Room Solutions, Hotel Wi-Fi Infrastructure, and Integrated Hospitality Systems. • GCC project experience is highly preferred. • Applications from candidates with proven luxury hospitality project experience across all nationalities are encouraged.
