Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Every safe flight starts on the ground, and at SGS, safety is at the heart of our operations. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Safety Management System and strengthen our safety culture across our operations. Your role • Lead the development and continuous improvement of our SMS in line with GACAR, ICAO, and IATA requirements • Drive hazard identification, risk mitigation, and safety performance monitoring • Lead incident investigations and turn findings into lasting improvements • Partner with senior leaders, customers, and regulators to advance a proactive safety culture • Lead and develop safety and quality teams across Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Madinah What we’re looking for • 10+ years of experience in quality, safety, or security, including at least 5 years in a managerial role • Bachelor’s degree in safety management, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or master’s degree is a plus) • Certification in quality management, quality auditing, or health and safety (e.g., CSHM or CSMP) • Practical experience building safety, security, and environmental management systems • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/18001, and OSHA requirements • Advanced English and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
