Software Engineer- TIBCO Application Support

Years of Experience * 8 to 12 Years Required Skills * Primary Technical And Functional Skills • Strong expertise in Cloud technologies • Hands-on experience with OpenShift, • Proven experience in TIBCO Support, • CI/CD pipeline management, and integration flow design. Required Experience / Knowledge Areas * Specific domain or industry knowledge required • Hands-on experience with TIBCO upgrades and TIBCO support. • Strong technical background in application management and business integration. • Proficiency in Microservices and distributed enterprise applications. • Experience with Middleware implementation / Support using TIBCO Service Bus and related technologies. • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms / OpenShift. • Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly recommended. • Experience in integration flow design, service specifications, and performance tuning. • Excellent client-facing and communication skills. • Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace is preferred.
