Finance Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a manpower supply and outsourcing company. The role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and receivables. • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support business operations. • Monitor client invoicing, collections, outstanding payments, and contract profitability. • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial performance analyses. • Implement financial controls, manage operational costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. • Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and accounting standards. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant finance experience, including experience in a managerial role • Previous experience in a manpower supply, staffing, or outsourcing company is essential • Proven experience managing payroll, cash flow, client billing, and financial reporting
