About the role
About noon We’re building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle East—fast, scalable, and deeply customer-centric. Our mission is to deliver to every door every day. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Dark store Supply Chain who can help us move even faster. Noon’s fastest hyper-local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products with delivery within 15-minutes. Currently live across the UAE and –-Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time. noon’s mission: Every door, every day. What you'll do: Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. You will own the products that run our dark stores end to end, from the moment stock arrives at a store to the moment an order is handed to a rider. This covers order fulfillment, inventory and store operations across a fast-growing network of darkstores in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. You will work with engineering, data science, design and on-ground operations to make every store faster, more accurate and cheaper to run. • Own the dark store product roadmap across inbound, put away, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch handover, with a vision and quarterly priorities tied to network-level goals. • Make order fulfillment faster and more accurate. Drive picker assignment, pick paths and pick-to-pack flows that keep order-to-handover time inside the 15-minute promise. • Raise inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin counts, stock takes and discrepancy workflows, expiry (FEFO) and near-expiry handling, and damage and returns flows, reducing stock-outs, wrong picks and write-offs. • Optimize store layout and slotting. Use demand and pick-velocity data to drive location assignment, guided put away and replenishment from back-store to pick faces. • Improve workforce productivity. Partner with operations on the picker app experience, labor planning against demand forecasts, and the metrics behind store staffing and utilization. • Define and track the KPIs that matter, including items per hour, order-to-handover time, pick accuracy, inventory accuracy, fill rate, skips and customer complaints, and run experiments to prove impact. • Automate decisions on the floor. Find where algorithms, ML and hardware (scanners, conveyors, smart storage) can replace manual decisions and effort in the store. • Mentor other PMs in the charter and raise the bar for product thinking, writing and execution. What you'll need: • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building supply chain, fulfillment, warehouse management (WMS) or operations-tech products. • A track record of shipping products that improved hard operational metrics such as throughput, accuracy, cost per order or SLA adherence at scale. • Deep understanding of warehouse and dark store flows: inbound, put away, slotting, picking strategies (single, batch, zone), packing, inventory control and replenishment. • Strong analytical skills. You write SQL, build your own analyses and go from data to a decision without waiting on an analyst. • Enough technical depth to work with engineering on system design, APIs and event flows, and to own high-volume, real-time systems. • Experience with optimization or ML-driven products (assignment, routing, forecasting, recommendations) is a strong plus. • Experience in q-commerce, grocery, e-commerce fulfillment or logistics in a high-growth company is highly preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Who will excel? • We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. • You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action. • We need people with the courage to be fiercely original. • noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
