Project Manager - Interior Delivery & Finishing

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of premium interior and finishing projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. • Oversee site operations and coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and specialist trades. • Drive execution of high-specification finishes, bespoke joinery, stonework, and interior packages. • Monitor project costs, procurement activities, progress, and risk mitigation. • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety requirements, and project objectives. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining project momentum and performance. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience managing interior construction, finishing, or refurbishment projects. • Strong track record delivering upscale and luxury residential properties, private residences, villas, or premium hospitality developments. • Experience working with reputable contractors, project management consultancies, or client-side teams. • Commercially astute with expertise in budgeting, procurement, variations, and contract administration. • Proven ability to deliver detail-driven projects within demanding timelines. • Location: Dubai, UAE (Full-Time, Site-Based) Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
