Principal AI Engineer

Want to build AI applications that are actually used at scale? 🚀 We're partnering with one of the Middle East's leading banks on a high-profile AI transformation programme and are looking for a hands-on Principal AI Engineer to drive enterprise-grade Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and GenAI solutions. This isn't a research role. We’re looking for a technical leader who has successfully taken AI products from concept to production in complex, high-scale environments. What You’ll Do • Architect Next-Gen AI: Engineer LLM-powered Conversational AI platforms (voice + chat) and autonomous, multi-agent operational workflows. • Production RAG & Search: Build high-performance RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), and knowledge graphs for enterprise search. • Generative AI & MLOps: Fine-tune LLMs (PEFT), manage CI/CD pipelines, and establish governance for model security, observability, and evaluation metrics. • Cloud & Platform Engineering: Deploy scalable AI services using Azure AI Foundry or AWS SageMaker with Docker and Kubernetes.
