Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV to [email protected] Job Title :- Senior ServiceNow SPM Consultant with 10-12 years of experience Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA) Employment Type: Permanent Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow SPM Consultant / Lead with strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow SPM solutions to optimize strategic planning, project portfolio management, resource management, and demand management processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. • Configure and manage SPM modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Strategic Planning. • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. • Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, portfolio managers, and IT teams to align SPM solutions with business objectives. • Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, and integrations as required. • Support portfolio planning, project prioritization, resource allocation, financial tracking, and performance reporting. • Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to support portfolio-level decision-making. • Lead solution design discussions, technical reviews, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, platform governance, security, and upgrade standards. • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical guidance to developers and functional teams. • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge-transfer materials. Required Skills and Qualifications • 10–12 years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands-on experience in ServiceNow. • Strong implementation experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). • Good knowledge of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Strategic Planning. • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and related integration technologies. • Experience with reporting, dashboards, performance analytics, and data management. • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise workflow processes. • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support. • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). • ServiceNow SPM-related implementation or specialist certifications, where applicable. • Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
