Piping QC Inspector

We are urgently seeking an experienced Piping QC Inspector for an infrastructure project, with strong expertise in metallic and non-metallic piping systems, particularly GRP, HDPE, and uPVC, to support upcoming District Cooling Plant (DCP) activities. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect the receiving, storage, and preservation of pipes, fittings, valves, and related equipment. • Inspect piping installation, fit-up, welding, jointing, and supports for CS, SS, copper, GRP, HDPE, and uPVC systems. • Witness pressure testing, hydrotesting, flushing, cleaning, reinstatement, and final punch-list activities. • Verify compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, ITPs, and inspection procedures. • Review WPS/PQR, coordinate NDT activities, and maintain material traceability and inspection records. • Identify nonconformities and follow up on corrective actions with construction teams. Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 5–7 years of relevant piping QC inspection experience. • Strong practical experience in GRP, HDPE, and uPVC piping works. • Good knowledge of ASME B31.3/B31.1, AWWA C950, and applicable MOWE/NWC requirements. • Relevant piping inspection or QC certification preferred. • Saudi/GCC mega-project experience in district cooling plants, chilled water networks, sewage treatment plants, or wastewater lift stations preferred. • Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills
