Senior Architect - Fit-out

Job Title: Senior Architect – Fit-Out Location: Riyadh Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Architect – Fit-Out with experience in luxury hotel projects. The role ensures all architectural requirements are coordinated and executed to achieve the design intent, maintain high-quality standards, and meet project timelines. Key Responsibilities: • Lead fit-out design and execution for luxury hotel interiors, delivering innovative and functional solutions. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. • Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams. • Communicate design concepts effectively with clients and incorporate feedback. • Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility, coordinating with engineering teams. • Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and regulations. • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution. • Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in luxury hotel fit-out design. • Support HSE initiatives and site safety compliance. Job Knowledge & Skills: • Strong knowledge of fit-out architectural design, especially for luxury hotels. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software. • Leadership and mentoring skills. • Creativity to develop practical, elegant design solutions. • ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is an advantage. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience: • Minimum 10+ years overall experience, with at least 5 years in fit-out projects for luxury hotels. • GCC experience is a plus. Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
