Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Riyadh. The Sales Consultant will focus on advising clients on commercial and residential investment properties, guiding them through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, presenting property options, and preparing proposals and documentation. The role involves coordinating property viewings, answering inquiries, and maintaining regular communication to ensure a smooth and transparent client experience. The Sales Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to stay current on market trends, pricing, and inventory, while consistently working to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to advise clients on investment opportunities and close deals effectively. • Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships. • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities. • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities. • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple client portfolios, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software; familiarity with real estate market analysis tools is an advantage.
