The Opportunity: As a UX/UI Designer you will be a part of the User Experience Team of UX and Visual Designers who build a new generation of applications for Desktop, Web, and Mobile devices; shifting the paradigm to create applications that optimize the connection of users, data, and software in ways that reflect expectations of direct manipulation, real-time feedback, and simple yet powerful visualizations. Key Responsibilities • Design intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging dashboards for web and desktop platforms • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and QA teams to bring ideas to life • Advocate for UX best practices and promote a strong design culture • Translate complex data and workflows into simple, elegant user experiences • Rapidly prototype concepts using wireframes, flows, and interactive mockups • Research emerging UX/UI trends and assess their relevance to the product space • Work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, and cross-functional environment • Explore and implement modern UI trends and emerging design patterns • Ensure consistency and scalability of UI across multiple products and platforms • Contribute to improving internal design processes, workflows and standards. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, Computer Science, or a related field • 4–5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with dashboards or data-heavy products • Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator • Experience with prototyping and workflow tools, including Figma Make, Claude Design, or similar platforms • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, including writing prompts, generating and refining concepts, and evaluating AI-generated designs • Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully while applying strong UX judgment and maintaining design quality • Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and domains Nice to Have • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and usability • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset • Customer-centric approach to design • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Join us at Presight, where we offer a culture of innovation, outstanding career growth opportunities, and competitive rewards.
