Recruiter - 2 month contract

The Recruitment Specialist, is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a first class, inclusive and innovative in-house recruitment. The Recruiter will be primarily responsible for recruiting within technology but will be required to support roles outside of this specialist area as required. Skills, Experience and Attributes • Experience of directly managing high volume and specialist permanent vacancies • Experience in candidate attraction strategies particularly social media and other professional networks. • Experience with writing inclusive job descriptions, job adverts, pre-screening / skillsmatching, interview, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. • IT literate with a keen interest in using technology to carry out the duties of the role on a day to day basis. • Strong, adaptable team player showing resilience and tenacity possessing excellent verbal, written communication and team skills. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a desire to deliver a first-class service to the organisation.
