Job Summary We are seeking an Audiologist with experience in hearing diagnostics and hearing aid fitting and programming The role is responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders, selecting and programming suitable hearing solutions, and providing counseling and education that help patients manage hearing loss with confidence, in line with the company's commitment to quality care The successful candidate will combine strong clinical capabilities with excellent communication and organizational skills to support patient satisfaction and strengthen our position as a leading audiology center in Al-Qassim region. pace with global advancements in the industry. Key Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostic hearing tests to determine the type, configuration, and degree of hearing loss. • Explain test results clearly to patients and their families. • Take ear impressions and select suitable hearing aids and assistive listening devices. • Fit hearing aids and program them according to each patient's hearing loss and lifestyle. • Conduct follow-up visits and fine-tune devices as needed. • Teach patients how to use, clean, and care for their hearing aids. • Set realistic expectations and support patients through the adaptation period. • Document cases accurately and manage appointments using clinic systems. • Comply with company policies and workplace regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Audiology from an accredited university. • Professional license in audiology. • 2+years of experience in audiology. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft computer programs. • Good communication skills. • Time and appointment management skills. • Problem-solving skills.
