About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate contractor personnel and scaffolding activities across assigned work areas. • Plan, direct, and monitor scaffolding works during plant maintenance, shutdowns, and other maintenance activities. • Review work scopes and ensure all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved procedures. • Monitor site HSE compliance and ensure safe working conditions for all personnel. • Ensure adequate manpower, tools, equipment, and scaffolding materials are available and properly distributed. • Coordinate multiple work teams across different locations and provide clear instructions to ensure timely execution. • Supervise and guide personnel and provide support to other mechanical maintenance supervisors when required. • Assess plant layouts and determine suitable scaffolding frame designs and arrangements to meet site requirements. Qualification Requirements • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or refinery industry, including at least 4 years in a similar supervisory position. • Strong experience supervising scaffolding activities during plant maintenance and shutdown operations. • Good knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, site layouts, and safe erection requirements. • Strong manpower coordination, work planning, and supervisory skills. • Good knowledge of HSE requirements and safe work practices.
