About the role
The Key Responsibilities And Required Competencies Include • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements. • Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories. • Coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external software vendors. • Supporting requirement walkthroughs, gap analysis, and solution validation. • Facilitating UAT activities and ensuring business requirements are met. • Working closely with project managers, development teams, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Having a good understanding of Digital Banking platforms, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, payment systems, and related banking integrations.
