QAQC Site Engineer

Project Quality Specialist Professional (Site Quality) 📍 UAE / GCC Projects 💼 Full-Time Are you passionate about driving quality excellence on large-scale EPC, power, transmission, distribution, and grid infrastructure projects? We are looking for a Project Quality Specialist Professional (Site Quality) to support project teams in delivering the highest standards of quality, compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across project sites. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary interface with customers on site quality matters and ensure resolution of quality issues. • Support Project Managers and Site Managers in implementing Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Site Quality Plans (SQP). • Lead and facilitate quality assurance and quality control activities throughout project execution. • Perform internal audits, subcontractor audits, and site inspections. • Monitor compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards. • Manage non-conformities (NCRs), root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions. • Review and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Plans. • Ensure proper documentation, records management, and quality dossier compilation for final project handover. • Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance and recommend improvements. • Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across site teams. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline). • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within EPC, Power, Utilities, Substation, Grid, Transmission, Distribution, or Industrial Projects. • Strong experience with: • QA/QC Management • Site Quality Audits • NCR Management • CAPA Processes • Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) • Root Cause Analysis • Supplier & Subcontractor Quality Management • Quality Documentation & Handover • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. • Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills. • Ability to work effectively on project sites and coordinate with multiple project teams.
