About the Job: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager – Cards & Payments to lead the end-to-end delivery of payment technology and product initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong project management expertise, a deep understanding of the payments lifecycle, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. You will work onsite in Kuwait, collaborating with customer teams to deliver innovative solutions in the financial services and payments domain. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized payment technology and product initiatives. • Engage with customer technology, operations, product, and business teams to gather requirements and provide delivery guidance. • Translate business and technical requirements into structured delivery plans, process maps, implementation activities, and acceptance criteria. • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items while ensuring delivery excellence. • Investigate and resolve complex product, implementation, and operational issues by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, delivery performance, and adherence to agreed milestones and objectives. • Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications. Requirements: • 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, cards, payments, fintech, or technology delivery. • Proven experience in customer-facing technology or payment-product delivery. • Strong project management and workstream coordination experience. • Working knowledge of the payments lifecycle, including card issuing, acquiring, transaction processing, digital payments, and payment-product implementation. • Expertise in requirements gathering, clarification, process mapping, and implementation planning. • Strong understanding of risk, issue, dependency, and action management. • Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Familiarity with project management and delivery tools. Education & Certifications: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification is preferred but not mandatory. Additional Requirements: • Must currently reside in Kuwait. • Must have legal eligibility to work in Kuwait for the engagement duration. • Must be comfortable working onsite in Kuwait, with travel to customer locations as required. • Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
