Information Technology Manager

A large and well-established company operating in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a key leadership role for an IT professional who can combine strong technical expertise with business understanding, operational excellence, and the ability to support the company’s growth and digital transformation. The IT Manager will take ownership of the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, business applications, IT operations, and technology strategy, while working closely with senior management and different business functions to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the company’s overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technology services. • Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, procedures, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives. • Ensure the reliability, security, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, and business applications. • Oversee ERP systems and other key business applications and ensure effective integration across departments. • Manage cybersecurity, access controls, data protection, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity. • Lead IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. • Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, licenses, and technology-related budgets. • Ensure effective technical support and timely resolution of IT issues across the organization. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and technology solutions. • Establish and monitor IT performance standards, service levels, security controls, and best practices. • Support the technology requirements of offices, warehouses, production facilities, and other business locations. • Work closely with senior management and department heads to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions. • Lead, develop, and enhance the performance of the IT team. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 8 years of progressive IT experience, including proven experience in a managerial or leadership capacity. • Strong preference for candidates with experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or other fast-paced multi-site businesses. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, business applications, and IT operations. • Solid experience with ERP systems and enterprise business applications. • Proven experience managing IT projects, system implementations, integrations, and technology vendors. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices. • Strong business and commercial understanding with the ability to translate operational requirements into effective technology solutions. • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant IT certifications are considered an advantage. • Strong command of English.
