Technical Business Analyst - 12 months contract

Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Card Management Systems and the Cards & Payments industry. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to support the implementation, integration and enhancement of a Commercial Cards platform. Key Responsibilities • Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, TRDs and system integration documentation. • Work closely with product, development and operations teams to ensure successful delivery. • Support production issues, system troubleshooting and performance improvements. • Assist with card platform configuration, integration and corporate customer onboarding. • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and industry standards. Requirements • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Cards & Payments. • Hands-on experience with Card Management Systems such as FIS Cortex, Network International, TSYS or similar platforms. • Strong knowledge of Commercial Cards, including Corporate Cards, Virtual Cards, Travel Cards and Central Travel Accounts (CTA). • Experience in card issuing, processing, payment systems and API integrations. • Strong technical documentation skills, including BRDs, FRDs, TRDs and system specifications. • Experience with Visa/Mastercard payment schemes and production support. • Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia, ideally with a transferable Iqama. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
