Screening Assistance - Driver

Job Code : 6833 Position Title : Light Vehicle Driver Experience : 2yrs Location : Dubai Language : English Education : High School or equivalent, Valid Driving License Responsibilities • Valid UAE driving - LV is a must. Additional license(s) will be an added advantage • To transport employees to and from their appropriate plant areas and ensure their safety on journeys. • To inspect vehicles on a daily basis and ensure that they are clean, well maintained and filled with fuel. • To maintain log sheets and any other records which may be required. • Any other duties of a related nature which might reasonably be required and allocated by the Management. • Ensure the appropriate maintenance of vehicles in co-operation with the Administrator and other staff. • Fulfil special requests from the office by picking up and delivering items as directed and running errands. Policies & Procedures • Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. • Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in • areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law. Health, Safety & Environment • Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee.
