• Drive enterprise reporting across Oracle Retail & Power B • Ensure accurate, business-critical data and analytics delivery About Our Client Our client is a well-established retail organisation with a strong regional presence and a commitment to technology-driven decision-making Job Description • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions across Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, Power BI, SSRS, and OBIEE. • Monitor daily batch processing and data loads, investigating and resolving failures to minimise reporting disruption. • Perform data validation and reconciliation between operational systems and analytics platforms to ensure accuracy. • Support integrations, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while adhering to governance and change-management standards. • Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and operations teams to deliver reporting improvements and analytical solutions. The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. • 3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting environments. • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, OBIEE, Power BI, and SSRS. • Strong SQL and Oracle Database skills, with experience in ETL processes, data integration, and reconciliation. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Arabic language capability is advantageous.
