DWH Operations & Support Consultant | TELECOM INDUSTRY Exp-8+ Years Location -Qatar About the role Keep the data warehouse running every day, handle production incidents, and be the main contact for the client on service status and issues. Must-have skills • Informatica PowerCenter (ETL tool) • Teradata (database) • Data Warehouse (DWH) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines • Telecom domain experience Key responsibilities • Monitor workflows, data loads and file arrivals • Fix failures and recover jobs quickly • Lead client calls during incidents • Share status updates and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports • Support releases and maintenance Good to have • Unix/Linux and shell scripting • MFT (Managed File Transfer) • SAP BusinessObjects and Qlik Sense Other • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering • Strong communication skills • Open to shift and on-call support
