IAM Engineer – SailPoint - Contract

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SailPoint solutions to manage identity lifecycle processes, access governance, and compliance across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities • Implement, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. • Develop and maintain Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes. • Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). • Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and approval processes. • Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, SAP, databases, and enterprise applications. • Perform application onboarding and connector configuration. • Manage access certifications, recertification campaigns, and governance reviews. • Configure provisioning and de-provisioning processes. • Troubleshoot SailPoint-related issues, aggregation failures, correlation issues, and provisioning errors. • Support audit, compliance, and access governance requirements. • Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Compliance teams. Must-Have Skills • 5+ years of IAM experience. • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). • Identity Lifecycle Management (JML). • RBAC implementation and role engineering. • Access Review & Certification Campaigns. • Active Directory and LDAP integrations. • Application onboarding and connector configuration. • User provisioning and de-provisioning. • SailPoint Workflows, Rules, Forms, and Policies. • Troubleshooting SailPoint operational issues. • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, SQL, or REST APIs. Preferred Skills • SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC). • CyberArk or BeyondTrust PAM integration. • SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM integrations. • SCIM, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP authentication protocols. • NCA ECC, ISO 27001, or related compliance frameworks. • Oil & Gas or Industrial sector experience. Certifications Preferred certifications include: • SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer • SailPoint Identity Security Professional • CyberArk Defender/Sentry • BeyondTrust Certifications • CISM • CISSP • ITIL Foundation Education • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
