Hair Specialist

Role Description The Hair Specialist at The Blue Square is a full-time, on-site role based in Taif, responsible for delivering professional hair care and styling services to clients. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, performing hair cutting, styling, and treatments, and recommending appropriate hair care routines and products. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, following hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring a positive, respectful client experience. The Hair Specialist will work closely with other team members to support smooth operations, manage appointment schedules, and contribute to a welcoming environment for all clients. Qualifications • Strong practical skills in Hair Styling and Hair Cutting, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and styles. • Knowledge of Cosmetology principles and Hair Care techniques, including treatments, products, and scalp health. • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen to client needs, and build trust. • Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology or hairdressing; local licensing where required. • Ability to stand for extended periods, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Taif. • Attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness and safety, and a professional, inclusive approach to all clients. • Previous salon or hair care experience is preferred.

Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology or hairdressing; local licensing where required.
