About the role

About us FINCUT is a digital-native menswear brand that sells online and is growing fast. It is part of BrandSystem group, an international group that brings together e-commerce brands and their support functions, including in-house logistics. Role Description We're looking for our next E-commerce Supply Chain Manager: the person who makes sure the right product is in the right place, at the right time and at the right cost, from supplier order to the customer's doorstep. You own the flows, not the product offer. This full-time E-commerce Supply Chain Manager role at Fincut is an on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations for e-commerce, including demand planning, inventory control, procurement coordination, and supply management for all product categories. The manager will monitor stock levels, forecast demand, plan replenishments, and align purchasing activities with sales targets and promotional calendars. The role includes analyzing supply chain data to improve order fulfillment rates, reduce stockouts and overstock, and optimize warehouse and logistics performance. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, finance, and operations, manage vendor relationships, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate records and reports for management review. Your responsibilities 1. Demand forecasting and buying plan: you turn sales targets into quantities to order and replenish, by style, size and color. You plan production around collection launches and marketing campaigns, and give teams early notice of the lead times they need. 2. Suppliers and production: you track orders with our factories in China and Europe, spot delays before they happen and re-plan when needed. You negotiate prices, minimum order quantities and production lead times, and diversify our sources to reduce risk (such as finding new factories). 3. Purchase orders, receiving and supplier payments: you set up a clear ordering process (purchase orders, tracking). You check that what we receive matches what we ordered, that what we pay matches what we received, and that agreed payment terms are respected. You always know what we owe, to whom and for which invoices. 4. Freight and customs: you choose shipping modes from China to France (express, sea, rail), negotiate with carriers and freight forwarders, and secure import and export documents. You check that quantities shipped match quantities received. 5. Inventory: you maintain the stock file with weekly projections, run stock counts and guarantee accurate stock data across all our sales channels. You manage the sell-through of older product versions with Operations. 6. Warehouse and customer delivery: you manage the logistics provider (receiving, picking, shipping, returns), its service commitments, and check its invoices against agreed rates. 7. Tools and data: you make the ERP, warehouse system and online store work together, with clean data. You share a stock flow tracker by SKU with the whole company: what's arriving, when and where. 8. Margins, pricing and continuous improvement: you check and validate product margins, then set pricing together with Operations. You run a monthly gross margin review with management. You cut costs, lead times and errors, and handle incidents when they come up. 9. Supply chain budget: you help build the supply chain operating budget, then manage it and track spending against it throughout the year. Qualifications • 4 to 6 years of supply chain experience, including at least 2 in e-commerce or fashion retail. • Strong demand planning and forecasting skills to align inventory levels with sales trends and promotional activities. • Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, build reports, and make data-driven decisions that optimize supply chain performance. • Experience in supply management and procurement, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management. • Proficiency in inventory management, including stock control, replenishment planning, and reduction of excess and obsolete inventory. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus. • Fluent in French and English. Mandarin is a high plus. How you work • You anticipate rather than react, and you flag issues early. • You're autonomous, organized and pragmatic: you build processes where none exist. • You can say no with numbers, and negotiate without damaging the relationship. • Real ownership: you build the supply chain of a fast-growing brand. Hiring process 1. Visio meeting with the HR. 2. Interview in our office with the COO. 3. Meet the Fincut team (CMO, Head of Product…)
