Senior Manager Structural Engineering-Saudi National

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Structural Engineering to lead structural design, technical assurance, quality, compliance, and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality commercial and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities • Lead structural design, technical reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination. • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, quality, and safety requirements. • Manage project deliverables, budgets, programmes, and technical risks. • Oversee consultants, contractors, and stakeholder relationships. • Drive value engineering, sustainability, and design optimization. • Lead high-performing teams and promote collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred. • Chartered Engineer or PMP certification is an advantage. • Significant leadership experience in major commercial or mixed-use developments. • Strong expertise in structural design, technical assurance, consultant management, and regulatory compliance. • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
