WE ARE HIRING | PSYCHIATRIST FSHN Health – Kuwait FSHN Health is looking for a qualified and experienced Psychiatrist to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team in Kuwait. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about mental health, patient-centered care, and delivering high-quality psychiatric services in a multicultural clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. • Prescribe and manage medications, and arrange referrals when required. • Monitor patients' progress and ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. • Provide clinical consultations, guidance, and training to other healthcare professionals. • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. • Support psychiatric hospitalizations when necessary. • Provide periodic after-hours availability for urgent clinical situations. • Oversee relevant clinical and administrative aspects of the clinic. Qualifications & Requirements: • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). • Completion of an accredited residency program in Psychiatry. • Board Certified and eligible for Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) licensing. • Strong clinical knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. • Good understanding of Kuwait's healthcare regulations and professional standards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. • Experience working with multicultural patients and clinical teams.
