Product Manager

Position: Product Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site Fintop Consulting has partnered with a growing, broker-backed proprietary trading firm to hire a Product Manager for its Dubai office. The company operates in the global prop trading industry and is backed by an established Forex/CFD brokerage group. With a growing international trader base and expanding product offerings, the firm is looking for someone to manage product launches, coordinate across teams, and ensure smooth product operations. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can take ownership of product planning, requirements, testing, and launches. You will work closely with senior management, developers, internal teams, and external technology partners to introduce new trading challenges, account models, features, and product improvements. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the prop trading industry, trading platforms and CRM operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage new product launches, trading challenges, account models, and features from planning to launch. • Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery. • Prepare clear product requirements and documentation for developers. • Manage project timelines, tasks, and updates using Jira or similar tools. • Test new features and releases to ensure trading rules, pricing, and payout processes work correctly. • Monitor website performance and coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues. • Manage daily trading CRM operations, product configurations and platform-related issues. • Coordinate with third-party technology providers for technical support, fixes and new features. • Ensure product information is consistent across the website, Help Centre and trader portal. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management or Operations within a Forex/CFD broker, prop firm or trading fintech. • At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a prop trading firm. • Strong understanding of prop trading models, trading challenges, drawdown rules, and payout processes. • Practical experience with trading CRMs and platforms. • Experience using Jira or similar project management tools. • Ability to coordinate with developers and external technology partners. • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. • Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
