Role Purpose The Financial Modeler is an executive role (Individual Contributor) responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing financial models to support strategic, investment, and financing decisions. The role provides accurate and actionable financial insights for management, investment committees, and project teams. DUTIES PREFORMED % of Time Key Accountabilities Key Activities 35% Financial Modeling & Analysis • Build, maintain, and update complex financial models (Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, Scenario Analysis, Valuations) • Conduct sensitivity and stress testing to evaluate financial risks • Support investment, M&A, and strategic decision-making through quantitative analysis 25% Data Collection & Validation • Gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources • Ensure accuracy and integrity of model assumptions and inputs 20% Reporting & Presentations • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and investment committees • Clearly communicate insights, risks, and recommendations 20% Collaboration & Stakeholder Support • Work closely with finance, accounting, project, and legal teams to provide analytical support • Support due diligence processes for investment or financing transactions WORK CONTACTS Internal External • Senior Management • Banks • Finance Teams • Investors • Project Teams, Accounting • Financial and Legal Advisors JOB SPECIFICATIONS Industry / Domain • Construction Necessary Knowledge and Experience • 2–5 years of experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, or consulting • Proven experience building complex Excel models, scenario analysis, and valuations • Experience supporting investment decisions, project finance, or M&A transactions Education and Certification Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Professional certifications preferred: CFA, FMVA • Advanced Excel / Financial Modeling training is a plus Job Specific Technical Skills • Advanced financial modeling using Excel (formulas, macros, VBA) • Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts • Ability to analyze cash flows, valuations, and financial risks • Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure

2–5 years of experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, or consulting. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional certifications preferred: CFA, FMVA. Advanced Excel / Financial Modeling training is a plus.
