About the role

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of Quantity Surveying experience within a Main Contractor or Construction company.
• Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying practices.
• Knowledge of variations, subcontractor payments, and cost control procedures.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Support project cost control, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist with procurement activities.
• Prepare and assess variations, payment applications, and subcontractor valuations.
• Maintain project records, cost reports, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with site, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
