About the role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) from a recognized university. • Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). • Must have relevant working experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects, preferably within EPC or electrical construction environments. • Strong knowledge of HSE standards, occupational safety regulations, risk assessment, and hazard identification. • Experience in conducting site safety inspections, toolbox talks, safety training, incident investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Ability to ensure compliance with project safety procedures, company HSE policies, and applicable statutory requirements. • A valid membership with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is mandatory. • Candidates currently available in Kuwait are preferred.
