Social Media Account Executive

We're an AI-first agency: a senior team working side by side with AI agents on our own in-house platform. The AI handles production; people bring the judgment, the taste and the client relationships. The role You are the front line between our clients and our team. You take what the client wants, turn it into clear direction for the team, and bring the work back to the client with confidence. • Be the client's day-to-day contact: calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings • Understand the client's request, even when it isn't clear, and turn it into a precise brief for the team • Follow up on every request until it's delivered on time, and keep the client updated before they have to ask • Present content to clients, handle feedback and revisions, and get approvals • Plan and manage monthly content calendars for a portfolio of brands • Write captions in natural Saudi Arabic and clear English • Manage communities: reply to comments and DMs fast, in the brand's voice • Brief and review content produced with our AI agents • Track performance and report what worked and what to change What we're looking for • Saudi nationals only. • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, in Arabic and English. This matters most. • Confident with clients: you listen well, ask the right questions, and say no politely when needed • Highly organised: nothing gets lost between the client and the team • 1–3 years in social media or account coordination at an agency or brand • Fluent Arabic with a strong Saudi voice • A sharp eye for content • Comfortable working with AI tools, or eager to learn fast • Degree in Marketing, Communications or Media is a plus Why join Work directly with leading Saudi brands, learn how a modern AI-powered agency runs, and grow fast alongside a senior team with 10 years in the market.
