WSP Middle East is seeking a Stakeholder Architect (Emirati National) to support architectural design and stakeholder coordination across a range of projects. Working alongside senior architects and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to design development, authority coordination and project delivery. Responsibilities • Support the development of concept, schematic and detailed architectural designs. • Prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations and technical documentation. • Coordinate with engineers, consultants and other project disciplines. • Support the coordination of client, stakeholder and statutory authority requirements. • Assist with authority applications, permits, NOCs and design-related approvals. • Maintain submission trackers, meeting records and approval updates. • Attend coordination meetings and follow up on agreed actions. • Review design information against authority and stakeholder requirements. • Support site visits, surveys and project documentation. • Follow WSP design, quality and project delivery requirements. Qualifications • UAE National (with a valid Family Book). • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. • 1–6 years of relevant professional experience. • Understanding of architectural design principles and project delivery. • Basic knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority procedures and NOC processes. • Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD. • Good communication skills in English and Arabic. • Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. UAE National (with a valid Family Book). Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. 1–6 years of relevant professional experience.
