Supply Chain Officer

Role Summary: The incumbent, as the Supply Chain Officer, will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain processes for the Trilogi Non-Food division. This role ensures that all products are procured, stored, and distributed efficiently, supporting smooth operations within the logistics division. Key Success Drivers including Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Oversee daily supply chain activities, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution. Tracking inventory levels, processing purchase orders, and working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor logistics performance, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and resolve any issues related to product shortages or delays. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities, implement process enhancements, and prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics. Coordination with internal teams, such as finance and procurement, to ensure alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory levels, and manage the logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruptions in the supply chain. Assist in forecasting demand, maintaining optimal stock levels, and collaborating with the Supply Chain Assistant Manager to improve overall efficiency. Functional/Technical Competencies: The incumbent must possess a solid understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations. Proficiency in supply chain management software, such as ERP or WMS systems, is essential. The role requires strong analytical skills to assess supply chain performance and make data-driven decisions. The incumbent must also demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
