About the role
Key Responsibilities • Record daily accounting transactions in QuickBooks. • Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts and payment vouchers. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Perform bank, credit card and payment account reconciliations. • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables. • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents. • Assist with VAT filings and accounting compliance. • Support monthly and year-end closing activities. • Prepare basic financial reports and expense summaries. • Assist the finance team with other accounting-related tasks. Requirements • 2–3 years of accounting experience preferred. • Knowledge of ERP - QuickBooks and MS Word and Excel. • Understanding of accounting principles. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
