Investment Operations Manager

Manager – Investment Operations | Dubai Candidates MUST be in Dubai currently - this is NOT negotiable I am seeking a highly polished investment operations professional with 4–8 years of relevant experience to join an established investment organisation in Dubai. The role supports a diversified portfolio spanning direct investments, co-investments, private equity, private credit and hedge funds, working closely with investment teams and external service providers. Key responsibilities: • Manage capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions. • Track investment commitments, cash flows, liquidity and portfolio exposures. • Review NAV reporting, management and performance fees, and reconciliations. • Support operational due diligence, audits and tax reporting. • Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians and other service providers. • Improve operational controls, reporting and automation. Candidate requirements: • Minimum four and maximum eight years of relevant experience in fund operations or fund administration, ideally within a fund of funds or multi-manager platform. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the confidence and professional presence to engage senior stakeholders. • Strong technical understanding of fund structures, capital calls and waterfall mechanics. • Strong Excel and data management skills. • A degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline. • Meticulous attention to detail, sound judgement and a proactive approach.
