Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer 6 - 10 PQE | M&A | Dubai | Leading Global Law Firm I am currently working on an excellent opportunity for a high calibre corporate lawyer to join a leading Middle East Corporate team based in Dubai. The team is looking to hire at the Senior Associate c6 - 10 PQE, with experience of corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital etc. The role will involve leading M&A transactions from start to finish, so candidates should be confident running deals and managing stakeholders independently. Applicants should have trained and qualified (UK/US/ AUS) solicitor with a Legal 500 law firm and have experience in the Middle East market. Top tier law firm remuneration (tax free), bonus and package on offer to attract a high calibre candidate, coming from a Legal 500 recognised law firm in the UAE, London etc. Arabic language skills and/or exposure to PE transactions would be highly advantageous, but are not essential.

Senior Associate level with 6-10 PQE, experience in corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital; trained and qualified solicitor (UK/US/AUS); experience in the Middle East market; ability to lead M&A transactions from start to finish and manage stakeholders independently. Arabic language skills and exposure to PE transactions are advantageous but not essential.
