Master Data Management (MDM) Manager Location: AI Khobar, KSA My client is looking for an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Manager to lead and oversee its Data Management function within a large, complex enterprise environment. This is a key role responsible for driving Master Data Management strategy, governance and operational excellence, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, quality and reliability of master data across multiple business functions and systems. The successful candidate will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of MDM processes, platforms and frameworks, while developing a robust data management environment aligned with wider business and technology objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of the Master Data Management strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business and technology objectives. • Establish and maintain robust data governance, stewardship and quality frameworks. • Oversee the integration and consolidation of master data from multiple sources and enterprise systems. • Drive data harmonisation, standardisation, modelling and mapping to ensure consistency across the organisation. • Oversee the implementation, management and optimisation of MDM platforms and tools. • Develop and maintain the master data architecture strategy and roadmap. • Establish data quality KPIs, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure appropriate policies, procedures and controls are in place to support data integrity, compliance and operational efficiency. • Lead, mentor and develop the Data Management team, setting objectives and ensuring effective delivery. • Work closely with senior stakeholders across technology and business functions to drive adoption of data management standards and practices. • Manage budgets, resources and operational performance within the Data Management function. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous. • Minimum 9 years of experience in Data Management, Master Data Management or a related IT function. • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position. • Proven experience in implementing and managing enterprise Master Data Management solutions. • Strong understanding of data governance, data stewardship and data quality frameworks. • Experience in data modelling, mapping, integration, harmonisation and standardisation. • Knowledge of MDM platforms and technologies such as Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, Reltio or equivalent would be advantageous. • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and master data management strategies. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills. • CDMP or other relevant data management certifications would be an advantage. *** Only successful candidates will be contacted ***
