Business Architect

We're looking for two ambitious Business Architects to join an exciting AI transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Product Management or Business Transformation who want to gain hands-on exposure to AI-driven initiatives. You don't need to be an AI expert or have coding experience. We're looking for curious, analytical individuals who understand business processes, enjoy solving problems and are excited about how AI can transform everyday operations. What You'll Be Doing • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand existing digital processes, challenges and opportunities for improvement. • Support stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops. • Map As-Is and To-Be business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for AI integration. • Help identify, evaluate and document potential AI use cases. • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical and AI engineering teams. • Collaborate with technical teams to support solution testing, implementation and user adoption. • Produce professional process maps, presentations, business requirements and supporting documentation. • Work alongside senior leadership while taking ownership of defined workstreams and deliverables. What We're Looking For • Approximately 2–4 years of experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Product Management or Business Transformation. • Strong understanding of business processes, stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering. • Experience creating process maps, business documentation and presentations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently on defined tasks while collaborating with senior team members. • An interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation and digital transformation. • Exposure to AI tools, AI use cases or automation initiatives would be advantageous but is not essential. • Availability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and join within 30 days.
