About the role
Projecx is a sovereign technology product studio headquartered in Abu Dhabi. We build our own SaaS platforms — Subrate (brand intelligence), Bandora CMS, Revenyu CRM — and deliver AI, enterprise software, and digital infrastructure for UAE government and enterprise clients. We don’t run a traditional SDLC. We run an ADLC: AI agents work alongside the team at every stage, from discovery and specs to build, QA, and documentation. The PM in this setup isn’t a ticket-writer — you own the problem, the spec, and the outcome, and you direct both humans and agents to get there. What you’ll do • Own product direction for one of our platforms and the government/enterprise projects built on top of it • Turn client requirements (often ambiguous, often bilingual, often regulatory) into sharp, buildable specs • Run discovery with stakeholders across the UAE government digital ecosystem, including on-site client visits when required • Write the PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteria that agents and engineers execute against • Act as Scrum Master for the delivery team — run sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retros, and keep Jira as the single source of truth • Prioritize relentlessly — ship what moves the product, cut what doesn’t What we’re looking for • 3+ years as a PM on B2B SaaS or enterprise/government software • You’ve shipped real products, not just managed roadmaps • Proven Scrum Master experience; expert-level Jira (boards, workflows, reporting, backlog hygiene) — certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus • Hands-on with AI tooling in your daily work (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) — you treat agents as part of your team • Strong written English; Arabic is a serious plus (our products are AR/EN first-class) • Comfortable with technical depth: APIs, data models, system architecture — enough to spec and challenge • Experience with GCC government or regulated-sector clients is a strong plus • Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate How we work • On-site in Abu Dhabi, Mon–Fri, with client site visits as needed • Small, senior team — no layers between you and the decision • Institutional-grade products: we care about precision, bilingual quality, and things that hold up under government scrutiny • To apply: send your CV and one product you shipped that you’re proud of (and why) to [email protected] with the subject “Product Manager”.
