Role Description The Company Driver will be responsible for safely operating company trucks to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from project sites in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role includes planning routes, loading and unloading cargo, and ensuring timely deliveries in coordination with the operations team. The driver will conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Day-to-day tasks also involve completing delivery documentation, following traffic and company safety regulations, and interacting professionally with clients, site personnel, and team members. The role may require occasional support with basic on-site logistics, such as assisting with positioning equipment or coordinating with warehouse staff. Qualifications • Strong Mini bus/ Van driving skills, with experience operating commercial Trucks safely and efficiently. • Valid Manual (or equivalent heavy vehicle license) and a clean driving record. • Effective Communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, site teams, and management. • Customer Service skills to represent the company professionally with clients and partners. • Knowledge of local traffic laws, road safety practices, and basic vehicle maintenance. • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, including early starts and occasional overtime as required. • Reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to company safety and compliance standards. • Previous experience in industrial, construction, or refrigeration project environments is an advantage.
