IT Infrastructure Lead (CTO Role)

Dar Delta is a Saudi systems integrator delivering Cisco and Huawei networking, CCTV & ELV, and data center solutions for government and private sector clients. We’re looking for a senior technical leader to head our technology function and also serve as our CTO. What you’ll do: • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise networking and data center projects built on Cisco and Huawei technologies • Oversee structured cabling, CCTV, and ELV solutions • Lead the technical side of government tenders: RFP review, technical proposals, and BOQs • Ensure compliance with NCA, HCIS, and other Saudi regulatory requirements • Manage the Cisco and Huawei partnerships, and build and lead the engineering team What we’re looking for: • 10+ years in IT infrastructure, including 4+ years in a leadership role • Strong hands-on expertise with both Cisco and Huawei: routing, switching, wireless, security, and data center • Proven experience delivering Saudi government projects • Experience with CCTV/VMS platforms • Fluent in Arabic and English • Preferred: CCNP/CCIE and HCIP/HCIE, plus RCDD, PMP, and Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership
