• Retail Sales Associate • Location: UAE • Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to support in-store sales, assist customers with product selection, and deliver a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities • Greet customers and understand their needs. • Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers. • Recommend suitable products and support upselling/cross-selling. • Achieve individual and store sales targets. • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well presented. • Support stock checks, replenishment, and basic inventory activities. • Process sales transactions through POS systems as required. • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions. • Support daily store opening/closing activities and housekeeping standards. Requirements • 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role. • High school qualification or equivalent. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident, presentable, and target-driven. • Strong customer-service orientation. • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. • Experience with POS systems is preferred.
