What is FlapKap ? FlapKap is establishing a private direct financing fund in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to be regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). We are looking for a senior leader to build and lead the fund from day one as its Head of Asset Management and Managing Director. What you will do • Lead the fund post establishment working with legal, compliance and our group leadership • Tailor the fund's investment strategy, credit policy and risk framework for SME direct financing within Saudi market • Raise capital and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices and strategic partners in the Kingdom • Oversee portfolio origination, underwriting, monitoring and collections • Represent the fund before the CMA, the board, investors and other stakeholders • Ensure full compliance with CMA Investment Funds Regulations and the fund's governance framework Why join us This is a rare chance to build a CMA-regulated fund from the ground up.
